Has anyone here bred for IVs?

Warning: If you do not know what IVs are, then run away... far away...

Urgh... I'm trying to and it's so HARD. What I'm trying to get a Sneasel... but only the good natures come out the male side, so I can't use an Everstone, and the male one with 31 attack Ivs that I have lacks the Tms I'm passing down... so I got to wait until I get one something like this:

Sneasel Female
Jolly or Adamant
x/31/x/x/x/x

Then make it hold an Everstone and THEN find another male Sneasel with good speed IVs with some Tms I'm using and then breed until I get one with both The IVs I want and the nature I want...

So, has anybody here tried or am I the only one? If so, please share your tale.

I have tried this, i got a jolly sneasel with 31 attack IVs. It does take a while normally but i got mine during my first 10 attempts. Just keep trying and it should happen soon.

Lucky you. I have to breed a lot more so I can get my definitive partners to breed and produce a Jolly Sneasel with 31 Attack and Speed IVs with Swords Dance, Brick Break and Ice Punch.

Afterwards, I battle a bunch of Shinxes and Starlys, keeping the count, to fill my EVs. Then I level and evolve. I still gotta lotta work to do...
