A world without music?

Just wondering, what if the world had NO music, sound, anything. Pretend to say we were born this way and had no knowledge what music ever was. What do you think it may be like not knowing your favorite song? What would other people think? Do you think this may happened sometime in the future? Discuss...

I personally am not sure. If I never heard music it may be difficult as of just about 75% of the things you do is conducted by music. Say your mom or dad calls you, you won't be able to do anything unless they tap you on the shoulder or something. I think other people may think the same. I think it may happen sometime in the FAR distant future as well.

Well, to me it matters if I knew about it or not. If I knew about it and it was taken away that would suck, but if I never had it in the first place I wouldn't care and this thread would be "A world with music or sound". Though we may not know what sound is. Scientists would need to discover it in other animals, name it, then tell the public. Then the title would be "A world with music or sound".

Well, think about it. People may adapt to live without sounds though it will take a VERY long time to try.

EDIT: Well, Libby, this is more of a creative thread were you must use your imagination. Technically ALL music would be considered as sound and therefore all sound would be considered as music.

That would be horrible how would I survive? But if none could hear music then would music even exist? If music never existed this discussion never existed. Wow now I am really confused. Back on subject, without music that would be really sad. I don’t know how anyone would ever survive. :)

music=sound
sound=vibratoins+oxygin
sound-oxygin= negative sound
negative sound = no vibrations or oxygin
no oxygin= no life
negative sound =no music

therefore, no music, no living.
