No, you do not get any cards when you become a ninja.
You get:

-Access to the ninja hideout
-A ninja mask

and members get the chance to buy a ninja outfit, hand gong, dojo igloo and some furniture.

Yea it would have been cool
but this card exists sensai used it once when i fought him i guess you can get them from the codes

its just in the newspaper it shows a ninja card standing on one foot

I would be awesome if we did get a card at ninja status. It takes a ton of work getting there.
