No. Give CP a chance to reply. They have probaby gotten tones of emails already.

I lost 3 of my belts. I emailed club penguin, but still have no response. But i got my belts back so you should just wait maybe 2 days or so, if you dont have the belts back by then id try emailing them again.;)
