that ninja has a sword... i wonder why we dont have one. or is it becase of the kids and wepions??

It's because of that. In emails from the past when people asked about Ninjas, they would say it often comes to Ninjas fighting, and some parents wouldn't approve of that.

Waddle just about gave the exact reason. I can remember seeing somewhere, a Club Penguin staff member talking about a thing with the ninjas. Saying about they might not bring them because things like their swords symbolize violence.
Obviously, they just brought the ninjas but did not add the sword.
