I'm not sure of the exact start time of the party for you, so use a time zone converter. PST (Penguin Standard Time) is Pacific Standard Time (you guessed it, PST).

I don't think the party starts tonight because in the CP Newspaper, it says it takes place on the 29th. But, I could be mistaken.
