In the newspaper is said that Halloween party starts 29 Octomber..?
I know that all parties starts on friday but...wednesday???

well usally the halloween party is friday and the birthday party is wensday I don't think they wanted to start it right on halloween.

Yep that's true. it's very weird since not only all parties start usually on Friday, Halloween starts on Friday xD so it's kind weird but billybob said it on the blog so yea tomorrow we celebrate!!!

I think that this is happening because Halloween party in Club Penguin is for ONLY four days not for a week as all the parties... (except Anniversary);)

It is unusual for them to do it on a Wednesday, but I really don't care, I just want to party.

i think they only did it earlier is so more people can get a chance to go on it. people might be trick or treating and not being able to get on it

Unlike other parties, the date Halloween, St. Patrick's Day, and Christmas can not be altered by Club Penguin. Thus, Club Penguin alters their usually party schedule to coincide with the actual calendar.

Club Penguin begins their holiday parties a few days prior to the actual holiday regardless of the day it falls on.

It starts tonight at around 9 PST. I was wondering about this too.
But I found the answer in the Club Penguin Newspaper.

It would be lame if they barely updated it to the
party on actual Halloween.

Most likely because Halloween is on Friday. So, people would be out trick-or-treating while the party was going on. But, they wouldn't keep it going after Halloween, what's the point? :P

Not sure but is this the first party to be started on a day other than Friday.
Thinking back on it all the Christmas, and other Halloween parties started
on Friday and ran through the actual day.
