I know that this hat color is hard to fit with other items. 3 colors on an outfit isn't easy since most of outfits are only 2 colors.

NikLink: You are creative with your outfit. They yellow sunglasses make it pretty odd.
Melaugh: Probably this outfit is simplest. But you need to add more outfit that blend with the hat.
Jevor: It blends pretty well. It just need to add more yellow.
Flippysam: I don't like the blue candy floss in your outfit, and on your outfit, It feel like missing something.
LiTE: the scarf is overlap the guitar. Its ruin the whole outfit. Plus the red doesn't match.
Q9 penguin: if you remove the party hat with blue hat it would be good outfit. But since this theme about 3rd anniversary outfit, It doesn't match.
connora: Nice, but green sunglasses doesn't match.
Ralu4beyonce: Pretty great. The lollipop is pretty match too.
Termanator 7: Only orange match. The black cape and black mask and the silver watch just doesn't look good in the outfit. Add blue and yellow items.
Icy Joe: The Red on 3-D Glasses doesn't match. Add orange items.

Overall, I vote for Ralu4beyonce.
