wheres the blue book

the title says it all because its not in the treasure book ive looked through it so wheres it hidden

Its from either "The Rockhopper Stowaway" or "The Ultimate Club Penguin Guide". In there you have to follow directions for the book.

It is not in the treasure book because you have to unlock it with one of the books (The Ultimate Official Guide and Stowaway! Adventures at Sea).
