Yellow cape isn't rare because it just came out and people wear it more now.

The Green Cape is much more rarer. It came out at November of 2006 for the Lime Green Party. It's probably not going to have another appearance on Club Penguin since it's a Party Item. As for the Yellow Cape, it was released on Friday October 24, 2008 and is still available through the Coin Codes. It is not rare at all.

I think its Green Cape because that was released in 2006. As of Yellow Cape, I think its back in the catalog. :|

Green Cape is older than the yellow cape and I lke the Green Cape more.
