Will it end at 6 PM EST explicitly? I can only get home by 6 PM EST (3 PM PST) and am wondering if I can go on the Times Square Server for a little bit.

Well, they said it is going to end at 6 PM EST (3 PM PST) so I think it is going to end at 6 PM EST ( 3 PM PST). I don't think Club Penguin would lie about the time.;)

The New York thing will end at that time. Times Sqaure gets a little weird when it gets dark. Not kid friendly.

The online anniversary party will go on for much longer than the Times Square party. The anniversary party online will be all weekend, I believe.

That means they keep turn on the screen on The Times Square and keep connecting it to The Club Penguin server all over the weekend? or There is hours for that?

No, the Times Square screens won't be on all weekend (as far as I know). Once Friday night is over, the rest of the weekend are just going to be like a regular party.
