Windows Live Messenger Problem; Help?

When I try to sign in, it says something about how it's unable to and gives me the option of troubleshooting. Whenever I do, it says that I have an invalid IP address. This happened with my last Windows Live ID as well - then I made a new one, and for a while it worked. Now it has the same problem. Any help?

Have you tried the 'Repair' button on the troubleshooter?

This has happened to before. All I did was:


Kept repairing and troubleshooting
Restarted the computer
Checked the internet connection
Kept trying to log in
Tried to log on later

I dunno, it works now so I can't check. And I tried the Repair button over and over again, and it basically just told me that I was screwed.
This has happened to before. All I did was:
