Welcome to the MCCP-TV forum, named after the FCC standard notation of public access television stations! This is the place where all of our creative filmmakers can share their projects with other people and get feedback on their work. Here are some guidelines to get you all started.

1. Of course, all regular forum rules apply here.
2. This forum isn't for Club Penguin fan movies, Club Penguin fan works go in the Fan Art & Stories forum (http://penguinforum.miniclip.com/forumdisplay.php?f=19).
3. While we encourage creative expression here, let's keep all posted works PG-13. Excessive swearing, violence, and gore are frowned upon.
4. If you're posting a series, try to keep it all in one thread instead of posting a new thead for every video you make. That way readers can find all of your videos in one single thread and you can get feedback for all of your movies much faster and easier.
5. No plagarism. We know none of you guys are smosh, Fred, or Blendtec.
6. You need to actually POST a video you've made if you want to make a thread here. Don't give us nothing to watch, we want to see!

What kind of videos are allowed here?
We allow all kinds! Animations, music videos, sketch comedy, silent films, claymation/stopmotion, feature-length; if you make it, we want to see it!

Can I post a link to my YouTube profile with my videos so people can subscribe to me?
Even though YouTube has "SUBSCRIBE TO ________" links on all of your videos already, you can post links to your YouTube account if you like.

I made a cartoon/animation. Where do I post this?
That's up to you, really. A cartoon (NO GIFs) can go in here, in Digital Art, or in Traditional Art. I'd post it here though, just because it's a video. If you have animated GIFs, please keep them to the Digital Art forum.

What's with the subforums for shows?
Exceptionally large productions that are MCCP or user-driven and require discussions and planning are given their own subforums in MCCP-TV where the producers/creators can organize their ideas and work on their videos.

Alright! These rules shouldn't be too hard to follow! :)

Shouldn't this thread be locked? (since it's a Rules thread) :P
And yes, I read the rules. They are not as hard to follow.

Question about "swearing" - is censored swearing allowed (Such as comedic or satirically editing a video with censor beeps to give the impression of swearing)?

There's a lot of gray area, so I'll just say, "if you can get away with it on regular TV (no "uncut" crazy stuff), you can do it here".

If there's a little bit of language you should put a notice though.

Wouldn't posting the channel for your videos count for rule 4?
Since the only videos im going to have on that channel are the episodes to the series, it would save a lot of work rounding up all the links.

If not, then can you unlock it so i can edit/ round up all the links for the videos?

It's stated in the last question. :P

I guess they're not too hard to follow. Nice rules though. But what about videos that contain violence? Mild blood? I don't think 12 year olds find that scary, eh?

Excessive blood and gore and stuff should be kept out, but a little bit is okay.
