I hate her. :D

Everything about the song Girlfriend, including the video makes me sick.

First of all the only thing I can catch in the song is like......

"HEYHEYHEY i want to be your girlfriend HEYHEYHEYHEY i know it's not a secret HEYHEYHEY I WANT TO BE YOUR GIRLFRIEND......"
The video is just stupid. Just because the girl is "weird" and "nerdy" she treats her like **** and steals her boyfriend? Nice example to set.
A few years ago she was a "hardcore" punk rock princess <--- gag I hate that term. and now she's a Popstar..........?

Avril Sucks Big Time.

She's not a classy princess of any sort.

The song girlfriend is sad in so many ways.

If you look at the "Geek".
She acts like she's all that with her new BoyFriend. I can tell she is normally sad and lonely.
Now Avril comes in and is stealing the boy.

Avril is bullying the girl and the boy still likes her?

That was ultra mean.

She comes busting in saying that.

Now Avril is like lap-dancing standing up the boy.

She is one of the worst singers I have ever heard. The music video for girlfriend is just plain mean, and I have no idea how anyone could like it. Also most of the girls in my grade love Avril Lavigne, so this is one of the times when I don't go with the crowd.

why are you guys h8tin on Avril Lavigne (and Jessica Simpson, for that matter)? If you don't like her, don't listen to her. And she is not a poser... i'm pretty sure everyone changes their style every now and then.

And on the video note, you are making it sound like Avril is so evil.

First of all, she plays both parts in the video. If you look closely, you can see the resemblance.

Also, Avril is trying to show in the video that the guy's old girlfriend is evil. The geeky girl is always complaining and acting spoiled. Plus, Avril DOES show some of her old emo side in the video. She barged into a bathroom and grafiti-ed the mirrors.

And it's not like this whole premise isn't new to most girls. There's always catfights between girls over boyfriends.

So, stop h8tin on Avril!

I've seen the video a few times. No where in the video does the geeky girl do anything bad.


It's funny how "hardcore" she tries to act but we all know shes some pop star.

Well I hate labels, but if I had to label Green Day they are Alternative.

Emo = Emotive Hardcore.

Green Day is definatly not hardcore.
