Heat, try emailing scootz from miniclip. He is a genius when it comes to these things. He has helped me in the past with resizing kb and making it look cool. He has made one of my sigs go from 121 kbs. to 20 with small distortion. Just email him, explain who you are, explain your probelm including the issue and show him the requirements and the image, and expect to get a great result. His email is:
