You didn't put Orre in the poll(not my choice though)
I liked the Johto region, Gold and Silver were my favorite Pokemon RPG's, it continued to Saga and enhanced the gameplay.

I like Kanto the best. It has mew!
Sinnoh ia my least favorite because of some annoying pokemon like bidoof and starly and staraptor.

No, I don't think Johto should come back to DS. I don't believe in the remakes >.>

Alima is from Pokemon Ranger 2, it isn't out in Europe or America yet and Orre is from Pokémon Colosseum and XD.
My choice would have to be Kanto.

Some people here are picking regions because of theyre pokemon.
Without thinking on Pokemon, I would have to say Kanto/Johtom since theyre connected and made Pokemon Gold, Silver and crystal adventure twice as big as the other games.
JaCK.

I'm guessing Kanto. It's cool. I mean the best pokemon too.

Sinnoh. It has a more variety of pokemon than any other region. As far as looks I would say Hoenn. It has the most creative places out of all of them.

Hoenn. Pokemon: Ruby was my first Pokemon game, and I instantly fell in love with all the pokemon in the region and the whole region. (:

I can't remember Johto anymore. I didn't get to play my Gold version much and I didn't unlock all the secrets in the game. I barely remember Kanto because of FR/LG, which I never had. I own the Ruby version, I didn't play DP much. So I can only vote from Kanto and Hoenn and I think I'll choose Hoenn. Kanto had plenty of places I didn't want to go.
Anyways, I saw a discussion about remakes. I think Johto should have its own game on the DS, its the oldest map now, since RBY got a new game for GBA, Johto stayed for GBC. Or better yet, there should be a Pokémon game where you can travel to all 4 Pokémon regions.

Yep. That's my favorite region, too. I instantly liked Ruby after five minutes and loved the Hoenn region.

3. Johto: I didn't like it that much.
4. Sinnoh: sucks.

I'd say the Johto league, because that's the only one I remember from when I used to watch Poke'mon. It's also the first and last league before they got uncreative and unoriginal with the show.

Johto FTW. Silver was my first game and thus my best memories.
It went downhill after that IMO.

for what reason did you have to explain what kanto was?

Not because it's newer, but I choose Sinnoh. Sinnoh is where I get to use Turtwig and find Gibles, Gabites, and Garchomps. They're (Dare I do say it?) better than Salamence, Bagon, and Shelgon (I'm a Salamence fan.).
