As an older penguin I can't say I have. Although we did have an entire Pirate Party dedicated to acting like a pirate.

The letter seem to lead us on that he would be on the island today yet his boat has not been seen coming and is not at the normal docking point.

For this I see two options, the first would be that he somehow snuck onto the island to surprise us for the Fall Fair since he is the founder of it after all. You know Rock Hopper he LOVES surprises ;)

Possibly he is lost or stranded again. It has happened before so sometimes you think the worst. He could have left the letter planning to return today but somehow his return was delayed.

You never know what Rock Hopper is up to, I guess that's just the Pirate way eh?
