In the current newspaper, I think I've found a mistake. :O

In the "Autumn Review" page, and you move the leaf revealing the pumpkin, and hover your mouse over it, it says: "BOO! Don't miss this year's spookiest celebration when the third Halloween celebration comes to an island near you!"
And if I'm correct, there has already been three Halloween parties (2005, 2006, 2007), so wouldn't that make this the fourth annual Halloween party? Discuss.

I don't think so dude. This is going to be CP's third fall. The third anniversary and the third Halloween celebration.

They did have a halloween party in 2005 after it was officially realeads:confused:Iknow they did but its strange.

No. CP realeased, and everyone from Penguin Chat went to CP. Then the first major party ONCE CP realeased, was the Halloween party.

Actually hes right, There was the 2005 one, the 2006 one, the 2007 so this is the 4th.

The first one was in 2005 was only a day I believe and it wasn't like the 2006 or 2007 one. I can see why it shouldn't be counted. Nice find for sure!

Actually yes, Chosen is right. Look at these blog posts from the Official Blog. Take a look at the dates these were posted.

Thus, there have already been three Halloween parties, and this will be the fourth. I understand that the first Halloween party was not decorated/celebrated as much as the other two, but I still think it should be classified as a party. My guess is that the newspaper writers got confused, because this October, Club Penguin will also be celebrating its third birthday party.

Its fourth actually. But For CP Anniversary, Its 3rd, because On 2005 it was opening. and it was from 0.

The first Halloween party was in 2005, but it was small (thats what I have heard) and lasted only one day. So yes, this would me the 3rd official Halloween party to last more than a day. I personally liked the look of the 2005 party. (from the picture in the blog)

Just because it was one day doesn't make it any less of an official halloween party.

So? Does it really matter that they made ONE little mistake in the newspaper? Not really. So there is no real need for this thread. :rolleyes:
