Its not really a hacker, but heres my situation:

I went on CP today, and found another penguin named Tom W0lf, and mine is Tom Wolf (from normal view screen, you cant tell the difference unless you click on his penguin) can you delete this account, please? I'm afraid he'll try to get my account banned, etc, and I have had this account since 06. Thanks.

We, as in the forum, has no assosiation with Club Penguin what so ever. Expept for the forum. If you really had a problem. You should Email Club Penguin. And, they do not ban people by typing in the name manually. They go through the chat logs, click the name. And then ban it. So you will not get banned for something he/she did.

And, I am not sure they can deleat the account just because of the name similarity. I don't think they will. Other wise, they will be deleating people left and right.

I doubt he will try unless your penguin has the "rare" items that everyone is wanting to have these days

Its a different name. Different account. Different everything.

Just picture him as your biggest fan.

Accounts are not banned the way you think they are. Accounts don't get "confused" with other accounts when it comes to banning. You don't have anything to worry about.
