I'd say the rarest item there would be the Red & Yellow Tie everything else isn't really rare. But who cares about items it's not the items that makes the penguin it's the personality.

those aren't really rare, save the lime green cape.

try making a list like this:

flower hat
red propeller hat
easter bunny hat
summer party items

but i usually don't wear rare items just because they are rare. I wear clothes judging by what mood i'm in right now. Example: I desperately want to see the movie 300, so i dress like an ancient spartan. Your outfit makes your penguin unique. Don't wear stuff just to be popular, cause it doesn't work.-_-

just wear anything you want to wear, and then you will be rare in your own way.
just take a look at iamyellow. He established his own brand of cool with non-rare items!

Those are not rare the only items that are rare are items that weren't in the catalog and came out a long time ago mostly party items are rare stuff in the catalog always comes back out though.

They're not even one week rare for me, I have all of this items. The items I think they're rare is the Red Propeller Cap and things on 2006. Not 2007.

No,

there are many items that users on Club Penguin have, but they just don't wear them. For instance, think about the green cape. Most users that are often active on Club Penguin have this item, is it really that popular? No.
