Banned account for no reason

its a long story when some day i get on cp and all was fine and i wanted to get back on

then suddenly it said "your banned forever".

can they bring my penguin back?

Somebody may have hacked onto your account. Did you give away your password? I think they can bring your account back, but that will take lots of explaining.

it depends did you do somthing bad? if not you will have to email them explian and then they might send you a new pass to the original email(the one you typed in when you made it)

You should follow the other's advice, but are you sure you did nothing provoking a ban or do you have a younger sibling that might have ruined your account?
