I play pokemon, because its fun, it has adventure, and its funny at times. No, none of the kids laugh at me when i talk about pokemon. Almost everyone at my school plays/ or played pokemon at one time or another. That means Skaters to Emos to Preps. If people make fun of you because you play pokemon, tell'em get a life.

Haha, you type in "pokemon wi-fi battles" on youtube and you will find hundreds of people over 13 making videos about pokemon competetive battling. Pokemon isnt just a silly little game anymore it actually requires alot of thinking and strategy. Theres IVs, EVs, Movesets, Breeding, Natures, Swarms, Held items, The underground, Sweepers, Walls, Stealth rockers and alot more to take into consideration to "be the best"

I play this game because i find competetive battling fun.

I've noticed that about quite a lot of people here (no not you).
I don't know why people play it (not saying it's bad), but honestly, why do you care? We should be able to do what we want without people like you having to know why we do it.
It's really aggrivating, What do you see wrong with Pokemon that isn't wrong with Club Penguin?
In pokemon, you actually have a story line, and can not actually beat the game, considering theres so many things to do that take lots of work.
