Well, he could mean himself.
Or he could be referring to the Millenium Edition of Windows, hence the ME.

"Windows Me" is a type of Windows, For Example: Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and the new one Windows Vista. Windows Me, is a very old one that was made before Windows 95.

I got windows ME,XP,and windows 3.1!

Windows ME stands for Windows Millenium Edition (Year 2000) not before the year 1995. Pfft, I might be wrong, I usually am with these kind of things..

Windows ME Stands for Windows Millenium. It was an operating system like XP or 98.

Nice animation, Why don't you make the bar at the bottom move faster?

I guess it is really cool, but I know it could take really long to do, sins its a big animation, how many frames is there? the old one had 178 but the new one only 100

It might be...I'm not really sure. I don't think I listed all of them.

There is a Windows operating system titled Windows M.E. Anyways I think its a cool avatar and animation!
