Old Forums?!

This is the second time this has happend to me. I type http://penguinforum.miniclip.com in the address bar, and the forums look really weird. I think it might be some kind of glitch where it shows the old forums since all the threads are locked. Here's a picture:

Those are the main Miniclip forums. Same threads and everything. http://forums.miniclip.com/index.php

They are the main Miniclip forums.

They are still a forum (they arent gone or "old"). Club Penguin used to be one of the forums on there, but then this one was created.

But I do not understand why this is happening.

I experienced that bug too.I was replying to a thread, when I pressed the preview button, it showed me that page.

its because you are not logged in, they all appear locked if you are not logged in. the same thing happens with me.
