View Full Version : Why dont we have a Children's Club Penguin Forum?

Why dont we have a Club Penguin Forum for children under 13? Club Penguin is based for little kids, so I think it would be fair for them to have a forum to themself instead of the moderators and RFS banning everyone for being underaged.

EDIT: I know little children could spam, so how about when they register their parents need to go over the rules with them?

That wwould stop them getting banned...:|

But I don't approve of the idea although CP is a kids game.

Because anyone could go on there and swear. A Forum once was about Club Penguin but They were all under the age of 12. The forum shut down there accounts were banned:|

well no because its against the law to go on an internet chat room if your under 13, unless you have the coppa agreement but still you could get a lot of childish topics so no

I think maybe they should use the COPPA law [http://www.coppa.org/coppa.htm]. That way they could get their parent's permission to join.

No that is something that is up to Miniclip and they are not making any plans to file COPPA forums, it is too much trouble for what it will be worth.

So if kids joined they would be breaking the law regardless of what their parents say,so no they couldn't make a childrens forum.

As everyone else is saying, they will be breaking the law. Also, there would be a lot of spam, childish threads, and stuff that makes not sence so no :|

Um, no. It would violate the COPPA law. The Rules state that you must be 13 in order to join the MCCP forums.

Alot of them probably don't know how to use a forum, and it's illegal anyway.

This and because we aren't going to be accepting COPPA forms anytime soon.

Seriously stop making these threads it's getting ridiculous.
