I have a question. If you see someone who put something in the wrong thread, do you report that also?

Yes. It will attend a moderator, who will fix it and put it into the right sub-forum.

I think you meant to say wrong forum? :P

Anyway yes, if something is posted in the wrong forum, please report it and one of the mods will move it to where its supposed to be.
