Do you mean chatbox as in private messages? No, those have been disabled a long time ago.

Our forum doesn't have a chat system.You can chat with users on user-made chats.Look at people's signatures for chats.

How I Know in game of a chat was not present yes? Or is? If is then why at me is not present and as it to make!!!!! Chatbox Is or not?-_-

I think he's talking about Ultimate Safe Chat in Club Penguin. To get rid of that, you must create a parent account.

Oh i see you must have your parents' parent's account info.
Or ask your mother/father to take that safe chat feature off.

It's because you penguin is in safe-chat mode. You need to create a parent account. Create a parent account here:

It's because you penguin is in safe-chat mode. You need to create a parent account. Create a parent account here:

He's saying that he can't type in the chat box. But I told him that he needs to create a parent account, to change to standard mode.
