@Lol6459:
Use iShowU. I use it for all my screen recording stuff. its mac only!!!

Problem is, its not free, and the demo has huge green letters. i just bought it for $20 and its totally worth it. Its smooth fast, and great quality.

Check it out at http://www.shinywhitebox.com

Screenflow (http://varasoftware.com/products/screenflow/). Need I say more?

It's $100 but worth every penny.

Camstudio isn't for mac, thats why....

it doesn't work on macs. macs can't run .exe. We can only run .app

The only free one is Jing (http://www.jingproject.com/), But to be honest, It sucks, The best one I think there is is screen flow, but it is a bit complicated for beginners. So I suggest getting iShow you. And trust me, get the HD version, It is Waaay worth the extra ten bucks.
