Found this article on IGN, I found it fun to read since I am a huge fan of Rare. Link: http://retro.ign.com/articles/894/894511p1.html
Some of the best games ever were made by them. From Banjo-Kazooie to Donkey Kong Country to Perfect Dark, they have made games for every game genre instead of a few. They may have gone downhill since the GameCube, but they are going to make a huge comeback this year.
Nintendo should be ashamed of selling them. Give a big hand to one of the best video game developers ever.:D

Thats an interesting article and i agree Nintendo should be ashamed for selling Rare. I wonder how good their comeback is going to be.

That article made all of their games on the 360 go on the top ten.
"Our game is #1"
Rare: "Well, our games are #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, #8, #9, and #10! :P"

Rare made the 2 best games for the N64. 007: Goldeneye, and Banjo-Kazooie. Hey well atleast Microsoft has the rights to Rare now. Im happy about that.

I am too. Banjo on the Wii = Meh. I would never get used to the controls.

They probably will, sometime. This year's lineup:
*Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts
*Viva Pinata: Pocket Paradise
*Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise
There's always next year. I'm getting a feeling they are going to bring back some old games in the next few years.
...or make new ones...

There has been rumors going around for YEARS if Rare is developing Killer Instinct 3 and I will play my 360 not until then I'm not playing the 360

Rareware was able to produce literally two "legendary" titles for both the Super NES (Donkey Kong Country) and the Nintendo 64 (Goldeneye 007). People were getting consoles specifically for those two games (I know I did). It's sad to see that Rareware lost their magic touch and games like Perfect Dark Zero and subsequent Goldeneye followups were poorly received though.

I heard they were going to make an updated version of Goldeneye for the 360, but because of copyright crap, it not going to happen.

Nintendo is letting Microsoft release BK on XBLA with all the Nintendo logo's and cameos. It might happen sometime.

Now that's a first. Looks like people are preparing for a double dose of Banjo Kazooie.
