I was at the beach, enjoying the Bubble Pop music, and it stopped in the middle of the song, and I checked it, and all the lights were off, and they weren't moving! Then I started walking around, and I went on the the stage and they started again! Discuss.

This isn't a glitch ;)
Each stage is triggered to play music and light up when a penguin stands on it, if nobody is on it, the stage will just turn off. You just probably haven't noticed because 90% of the time a penguin is on the stage.

The stage is made that way once someone walks off
everything stops playing.
