I heard such comments ''ACP BURN'' or ''ACP is dying'', but you know what that is not nice. If you don't like the club, don't show it with such comments as I mentioned, yes I can understand the ACP is bla bla bla and bla bla bla, but please be nice to each other.

They might. I know they have in the past but they resolved that.
These are the "pre-war" battles.
Or the causes a war between UMA and ACp would be the effect.

He demanded more fights and started making siggys and avvys (for miniclip forums) that humiliated the A.C.P.

Oagalthorp is a good leader for the A.C.P. and is very commited to the A.C.P. and will sacrifice his life for his troops. He is very fats and strong. I've hardly ever seen him get defeated by anyone.
Nrop focuses on making his army larger so he can outnumber his opponent. He fights with any tiny advantage he can get. He has been defeated many times because of this in one on one fights. He's been defeated more than Oagalthorp. Nrop is still a kind of good leader for C.P.U.N.S.C. He is just as fast and strong as Oagalthorp, but Oagalthorp has more strategy. I have seen many pictures posted on Miniclip Forums by A.C.P. troops where he's been defeated.

well thats true.....
But, people including you and everyone else, will still throw at least one snowball.
It is in the game foir fun, war in some people's mind, is fun.
In others it isn't but war doesn't mean to just throw one snowball, it is where various groups attack eachother, even though it causes spam and does alot more it will never stop, no matter what happens, people can reduce spam, but they can never destroy it.
So that would mean the CPUNSC didn't lose a war yet because Nrop wasn't there and it was one fight, making it a batttle.

In the ROman ACP war, the Roman leader didn't come, yet the Romans lost a fair fight. This whole war is half deja vu from the ACP's first war.

the army will weaken. For one reason
1. Every member of the army would want to be the leader or Club Penguin.
One person alone can't rule Club Penguin.
So, even if an army gains control, the army should just sit back, relax and watch the show.
