Pokémon Help, Please?

Hi.

Could some one help me with a probelm I have. I am trying to get to some lake near Snowpoint City (I can't think of the lake's name) for the Rowan and Dawn. I am in the mountain trying to get to Route 216, so I have to go through Mt. Cornet. There is a boulder blocking my path, so, could some one tell me, how can I move this boulder? It says I can, but what pokémon/move do I need?

- I am playing on a DS, using Diamond.

EDIT: I now know what move I need (Strength) but where do I get it?

You need the HM Strength. But I'm not sure where you get it.
