PS3 would be the best but PS2 would be the best for you if you want to get one because the PS3 price is too high. If you want a good portable system you should get PSP.

I think the PS2 slim is better then the PS3 it really revolutionized a lot of good games. PS3 just has better graphics and has a rip off price.

Some of the series of games are getting worse and worse in my opinion. For example the Spyro series for playstation. The first 3 for ps1 were great! Then the 4th one for ps2 (Enter the Dragonfly) was really bad. Then 'Hero's Tail' the 5th one was average and then the 6th one (forgot name) was really short. It's also slightly happening with Sonic the Hedgehog series (even though a few were on gamecube/dreamcast/other). The ps3 (latest) one is known for its glitches. Maybe some games are now more focused on the graphics more. :( Also this is just my opinion.

to get all the updates yes but if you dont have a good quality tv get the ps2

Actually its pretty good deal since the $600 version comes with blue ray a simple blue ray player cost $500 alone

isnt sonic sega and is spyro sony? oh PS3 fixed all of its glitches now its gamecubes wireless sencors witch on a forum i predicted would happen:)
