Disc error!

Hey on a xbox360 or xbox what can you use or do to fix your disk if it says disc error or there might be a scratch on your disc or something?

Help please!

The most obvious error is a scratch on the disc.

If there isn't a scratch on the disc, maybe there is something wrong with your XBox

i had the same prob;em with my xbox..my games werent even scratched..it was the lens, i had to open it up and clean it

Sometimes it says that and it isn't scratched or dirty. You should just clean the disc anyway with a paper towel or something soft. The disc should be now fine and you can start playing again!

This happens to me take out the cd clean it with rubbing achol to clean off any dirt and if it is badly scratched i suggest you buy a disc cleaning machine its this thing where you put the cd in and it takes away some scratchs.

i think you should get maybe a wet paper towel and rub it around the bottom of your disc that might help:D

Not a wet paper towel!! That will ruin the disc. Use a dry one.
