Club Penguin Earthquake Safety Guide

Please read, these points are very important!

During an Earthquake
If your outside: Get away from buildings
If indoors or inside igloo: drop to the floor - take cover and hold on to something stable
Move to high ground (such as the mountain or dojo to avoid things falling on you)

Safe Places
The Boiler Room
The Mine
The Cave

Not to do!
Waddle by the cracks
Go in dangerous areas
Start drilling the cracks, this will make it worse

Things to do in the aftermath
Keep puffles indoors
Stay in one place until help comes
Help other penguins

Penguins who can help you
The Rescue Squad
Secret Agents

I anyone has more ideas for this safety guide, please tell me!

lol, that's pretty cool. It's like a fun little safety guide for little kids. Made fun for them so it's not boring, and it's also something that can help them in real life. Nice job!

Aren't the underground rooms the most dangerous? They're the ones that are nearest the ground.

when there are earthquakes, people often go into their basements. the boiler room is like a basement. it is also a solid room with not many objects.

If pool starts to leak, use water hose to fill it back up.

We are not 6 year olds.

Why would 13 year olds want a safety guide?

We are not 6 year olds.

Why would 13 year olds want a safety guide?

The same question applies for:

We are not 6 year olds?
Why would 13 year olds want to play club penguin?

The safety guide is only for fun and for people seem to like it! it is based on the people that play club penguin.

If pool starts to leak, use water hose to fill it back up.

that isn't really safety

it is safe because it is high up, high up away from cracks, fires, floods, aftermath etc.
also things wouldn't fall down on yuor head.

Actually, no, you are thinking of tornados. I live in earthquake country and you do not want to go into a basement as the top floor might cave in on you. That is why we don't have basements here. Real earthquakes happen without warning so there would be no time to go to the dojo. But, obviously, that is a not a real earthquake on CP.

Yes. You must get out in the open, or under tables. The pizza parlor comes to mind. You know where I would love to be? On a jet pack during an earthquake.

these are the reaons for each place:
boiler room = strong solid room
dojo = high up and nothing can fall on you
cave = very strong rocky surroundings and nothing can fall on you

i know there wont be any time to go the dojo; i mean it would be safe if you are already there, a safe place after the earthquake and it could be an assembley point.

anyway, you probably know more than me.
i live in england, when a few chimneys fall off houses because of tiny earthquakes it is on the national news.

Ohhh! Thats why there's no basements here...of course! Yeah all the schools tell you to get under the table or under a strong door frame.

Nice thread. Made me laugh about not waddling too near cracks!:D

It is safety because if the pool leaks then the water goes down and people could trip over and hurt themselfs.

if everywhere is damaged penguins wont see where their going and might fall in the water and drown

also, if the water leaked out, the new water would leak out too.

what i mean is:
they might get trapped underwater with lots of rubble/debre/rock/objects/stuff on them. they cant really breath underwater for a long time.

Good point. I think it's only a few minutes, (how long they can stay underwater).

lol

I looked online and most people are saying that the longest a penguin can stay underwater is 20 minutes.-_-:( It would probably be dead by the time the rubbish that landed in its path was cleared.

i meant i didn't think it would be good because:
a lot of club penguin videos aren't good
i couldn't imagine how good it could be
i didn't know an earthquake safety video could be that good
i had a though it my head is wasnt going to be good

but, i was obviously wrong. it was 100 times better than i thought it would be. good job.

(i wasn't trying to be mean about youe video, i wanted it to come across as a compliment :D)
