Well i don't think that you can actually confirm it.
But there is a post by Screenhog (Cp Moderator) saying "Every item will come back, Except for the Party hats and pins" so you may be right.

But unless you have some Proof, Of a Cp Moderator or designer saying so, I find it a bit hard to believe.

It has yellow buttons. Its more of a dark blue. Thats all I can remember.

Its called something like druffle coat (not sure how its spelled). It was in or near clearance at around the Sports Party.
