After that(^) youı can find other eevees at the Trophy Garden.

You need to get the National Poke'dex. I suggest using an Action Replay :D
Or you can find them rarely in the Trophy Garden close to HeartHome City. You should finish the Sinnoh Poke'dex, and then Professor Rowan will give you a Poke'Radar that allows you to find Poke'mon in tall grass.
