CP used to buy music from other companies.

Once Disney took over, they started creating music themselves and not buying them from another company.

After we heard the water party music on the BlendyPens advert someone emailed them and CP said that the music was from a website that allows anyone to use their music. They went on to say that they now make all their own music.

I asked them a few months ago and they said heir band makes most of the music.

There are two companies who produce the Club Penguin music. One is New Horizen Interactive and Disney. Disney has been making alot of CP's music for the last year since they bought them. I'm pretty sure they hire a band that comes in and plays the music they want played.
