These are a few things that may happen in Alaskan Hospital Season 2:
-There will be a Sam/Don/Sarah love triangle
-Jim will kill a patient accidently
-the Agent will return
-we will see Joshua (the sick boy from Ep. 1) again
-there will be flashbacks of the Agent's life.
-two minor characters will get married
