To start off, I know this isn't the best place to put this, but we'll move on. Leaving threads aren't allowed, but to clear things up, this had to be posted.

It’s been fun, but it’s time to go. I’ve played Club Penguin a lot, but I’m ready to leave. Read this whole thing before you post because if you don't, you're missing a lot. I’d first like to start off with a little story you might want to know.

Instead of giving you a very long story, I’m going to give you a brief summary. Basically, I had someone on my account once hacking coins. I changed my password, but I did have someone hack coins. I’ve never actually hacked nor do I know details on how to.

I hope you know me well enough because I am against hacking. That was many months ago, and the person you know is the real me. Some of you may be disappointed, others may be sad about my leaving, others elated to see me go, and maybe some of you are upset that someone hacked on my account. I’m sure it will make your “newspapers” but please don’t overdo it. It was one time, and I know many of you have hacked or had people hack for you. I hope you will remember me for who I am – a regular forumer just like you who wanted the best for the forums. I’ve spent many hours making this forum the best it can be by keeping bad users out, so just remember that instead of a little hacking issue.

I'm leaving on good terms, so don't think I'm being asked to leave by the Club Penguin staff or Miniclip. Everyone knows that it was a stupid mistake, but no major hacking was done, so I'm leaving by my own choice. If I do come back because it doesn't work out, I'll just be a regular user who could be a mod again.

If I do come back, it'll be for a good time. I just need to get away for now. Of course, if it doesn't work out, I'll be back with everything.

You may wonder what may happen with stuff I was involved with like my chat.

People will still be able to get on the chat, and I’m sure it will never be forgotten. Everything, the mods, the backround, information, etc. will stay the same. You just won’t have an administrator there to handle things. It will be remembered as the best chat to ever be on Miniclip, now and in the future. I don't think anyone will ever top it even if they are trying. You just can't beat all the good times on that chat.

I’ll be leaving the staff of Famous Penguins. Many of you know that I didn’t and still don’t care about items, so that wasn’t the right place for me. I care about the person under the pixel penguin skin. -.-

I’ll say bye-bye to Balth’s forums. I may be back to check in some times.

I’ll occasionally check my e-mail, so you can still e-mail me there.

Stay on my buddy list on Club Penguin because I’ll still be there every now and then.

Those places, my e-mail, CP, my chat, this forum, and others are the places I'm going to check first if I come back anytime.

As I said, I’ll be back occasionally to check on things. I won’t be a mod anymore, but if I do come back, I'm allowed to be one again. I didn’t want to start a job and leave halfway through. I enjoyed my time as one, and I’m glad I got the chance to do what I did. Good luck to the staff of this place, you’ll need it! ;)

A note to the users: (No specific order)

RFS: I didn’t know you too well until you entered my chat and I got to know you. You’re a funny guy who has a lot of patience. I give you props for handling this place, and I know you won’t hold a grudge about my hacking incident. I enjoyed our conversations, and best of luck in life!

Pengo (Pengopop): Great times, great times. You’re a funny person who I always enjoyed being around. I hope you’ll keep the chat under control for me when I leave.

Balthasar: Hola, lo siento. Yes, I’m sorry that I left, but I will remember our conversations. You gave me a good laugh, and I hope you will keep the chat in good conditions. Also, good luck modding and congrats.

JoeyPeng: You always had my back, and I had yours. You seemed to think I was not being a good friend sometimes, but I hope I proved that idea wrong. Good luck with the Truth, and I hope you don’t turn on me and create a gossip article about me. It would make for a good article, but I don’t think a friend like you would.

SteveTParkin: Good luck modding, you have a lot of feisty penguins in your hands. :P

LittleMilky: HAI MILKY! Have fun and make good decisions in college. :P You managed to make me laugh a lot, too.

I cant believe your leaving (-_- ), i never really got to know you until i went to your chat, i knew who you were, but never really got to know you. I hope you decide to come back and be active again, you are a really good mod and a mature forumer.

The same thing happened with me with the coins, when i first joined, i had someone get coins, and once i was also hacked and someone gave me coins, just a few days ago it happened. I am against hacking now, i never hacked, only people hacked on my account.

Rod, major offtopicness, but what did you use to make the Penguin Place? I am wondering for the Penguin Planet Fan Game to make a website, but I am trying to find the perfect site to use. So which one did you use?

I was wondering the same exact thing. I'm making a website (frog-hog.com) and I loved the design of Penguin Place 2.0, so what DID you use?

I used Geocities to put it all together, and Photoshop to make all the graphics, buttons, backgrounds, etc. So, if your looking for a template, there's not really one, because I made it all lol!

Dude, I like you and all, but this was a little to over the top, sounded more like a last will than just saying Im leaving. Obviously, you don't know how great of a forumer IAAF is. He's inspired a lot of people, he's helped this forum out WAY more than a lot of us have, his kindness and good sportsmanship has gotten him a mod place on the forums.

IAAF doesn't deserve to be put down like this. He is probably the best forumer on this forum, and if he wants to make a goodbye thread? Let him.

He doesn't have that many rare items, first of all, so I don't know where that came from. He's not known for his rare items, he's known for his kindness and helpfullness on the forums.

Plus he's a mod. I'm pretty sure if I was a mod, I would want people to know why I'm all of a sudden leaving.

Well it is a shame to see you go but there comes a time where we all must move on. My time is also growing close but I'm proud to be the oldest original CP MC forumer. Your departure brings up a point that by the time someone becomes a mature and respected forumer deemed mod worthy it is only a matter of time before they move on with their life and quit the game. This is one of my main defenses of the decision to mod Caboose. In my opinion Caboose is the future of the CP forums and I would have made him a mod even before myself. :O

I see it :P , I have been more active here over the last few days. Still willing to mod, lol.

Friendship is what I value most. When it is all said and done and we log in for the last time, it is the good times and friendships that we will remember. Friendship is more than rare items and a high post count, friendship is that feeling inside of you when someone else comes and you are glad to see them. You will be missed and I am happy to have had you as a true friend. :D

As for my ego I can't make any promises :P . It has been down for quite some time due to the demodding, so I’ll keep drinking the ego juice and maybe one day it will be back to it's former glory.

This is so sad. It's only some forum on the internet, but I think this forum has changed a lot of our lives. It's helped us:


Be more responsible
Get consequences for our actions
Widen or social life
Be more open to new things
Meet other people
And become more involved with business and occupation information (for those of us who make "books", fangames, fansites, etc.)And this is a huge loss to this forum, with Fish leaving. He helped us do all of the things listed above, and I just can't believe he's gone.

I miss him already :(
