For the last 6 months I have been emailing them about my 'puffle problem'. (long story - will mention at end of post) The problem is my puffle's NEVER run away. Meaning I've never had a red puffle or any color changes for the last 6 months due to the max of puffles; I am starting to get mad. I've been emailing them every month and they keep saying: "For this to be fixed I will need to contact my boss who has access to the database and can manually remove them due to the fact they were not added in the correct way.' I'm guessing the process that makes them run away after not being feed for a while; after 6 months they STILL haven't fixed it.

Long ago I was foolish and hacked quite a bit. I did a lot of little things and never got banned until one day I messed around with the ice rink scoreboards AND got 100's of puffles. The next day I was banned forever; I logged on another account and saw the scoreboards gone so that's how I got banned probably. Of course this was so long ago hacking was not a big deal because barely anyone knew how. Because of this with an apology to the support team I was un-banned. (btw; don't expect this to happen anymore... Hacking is a HUGE problem now.) The reason I believe the puffles made me banned is because they were gone(only the max) when I was unbanned but not my coins, they were still there and even today I still have them(spent most though); I don't hack anymore though.
Sadly most people here lack the maturity to read 2 paragraphs. :|
