Throwing Snowballs

Has anyone noticed that u cant even through a snowball at some one with out them going into a hissy fit..
I think people have started to think that throwing a snowball at some is like firing a bullet at them!
Snowballs are supposed to be a thing to enjoy not to be used in offense.

Well, I agree, but when they keep throwing snowballs at you constantly for no reason, it gets really innoying.

Once I was randomly bored so I threw a snowball at my friend(Just) and everyone got mad at me and said why did you do that to Just thats mean. I really don't see how it is offensive.
