I think someone called her one so she is upset about it and asking a group of flashy pixels.

No, You can see though the slightly transpearent drop down chat log ; the penguin is saying it to the mirror.
And, when the penguin askes if they are a "beach" they are meaning the... female dog thig I beleive.;)
