The new catalog (clothing)

I know this is my second post about something weird CP had done, but please don't think Im weird.

Ok so we all know that in the new clothing catalog there is a shield, but no sword. Now I understand swords can be dangerous, not to mention violent, but come on if your not going to make a sword why make a shield? please discuss.

Because shields are used for defense and swords for offense. Which would Cp choose?

I always thought that in medieval movies, shields could be used to block a dragon's fire? And, oh look! We've got a dragon! :) It's probably used for that, OR, it oculd be used to block off snowballs. JMG

Well, even if they aren't going to add a sword, the shield is still good for several outfits as a hand item. It goes pretty well with a lot of costumes, and let's be glad they even gave us that.

A metal shield would protect you from dragons fire...:rolleyes: Its not deadly, so they will use it symbolize medieval clothing.

A sword, well I guess you could use the camping stick. Thats
what one of my buddies use. Serioulsy they dont want this game violent,
just like they wont add ninjas. I guess we will have to live with it, or
maybe it will be a free item at the party, who knows?

Well, as numerous others have said, the Club Penguin team thinks it encourages... virtual violence. It's one of the main reasons Ninjas aren't in yet. But this brings up an uncommon question. Why arr pirates in Club Penguin? :confused:
