CP music in commercial

first it was the water party music in that blendy pen commercial, now a commercial for a "visit maine" is using the ice fishing music. i saw it this morning on News 12 New Jersey.:mad:

That was made before CP made their own music. They began making their own music AFTER the water party.

Club Penguin do not make their own music, there is a producer who sells it to them. The producer can/will sell it to whoever will pay for it.

Yea they didn't make their own music before but they do now.

Club Penguin staff reported to me that some of the music is created by them and some is "rented" for use during a particular game or party. That is the official answer to this question. So anyone else can "rent" some of the music that Club Penguin uses.

And it is 'Club Penguin inc.' not 'New Horison Interactive' anymore.

It's really iritating for me to know that some lame advertisement can be using the music from CP.

Do you think Disney would bother buying ownership of the company who make that music & whip them until they only produce songs for CP? Nah.

Like others said, Club Penguin only makes some of there music. And I thought it was a bit weird when I heard the commercial a while ago.
