I think it would be cool if they came up with just random little Club Penguin News Stories that don't directly relate to Club Penguin Content. For example here are some headlines:

A CP history article would be nice but since CP gets an overwelming number of noobs each day the tour section isn't coming out.

The thing i would add is either Rh island or tipped mode for the ice burg (i would make it really hard to tipp so that it wouldn't happen that often)

Well Aunt Arctic's questions are good for new players, but more instresting questions would be nicer.

They need to have a Weekly Writing section where you can find a story written by a fan. So people would have better chances getting their stories read on Club Penguin. (Other than signing up for Book Contests, which you will likely lose to 5 year olds who have bad stories but somehow win)
