Welcome to Bellito's Ditherguins! Here, you can get flashy avatars just like mine (you may choose animated or not). All you need is a color picture of your penguin (photo appointments available on weekends).
Fun fact: The "dither" in Ditherguins refers to the process which renders an image in 1-bit black-and-white. The dithering algorithm used here is called the Atkinson's algorithm. It was invented for old B & W Macs running System 7 way back when.
Rare item helpers: I am looking for some penguins who have old items to help in Redressed photos. If you have any of the following items, you qualify as a rare item helper:
Christmas scarf
Beta hat
Propellor Cap
Pink hat
Green hat
Black Toque
Red guitar (I passed up my chance to get it :( )

Please note that dithered images are gentle on the eyes and do not appear overly flashy or epileptic when animated. They are 100% safe!
Order form:
-Select photo method:
—By appointment: Your picture will be taken on a weekend by me.
—Self: Provide your own image
—Redressed: Specify an outfit and I will do my best to match it (I've got lots of clothes.)
-Select Style:
—Animated: Animated avatar that flashes between the color shot and dithered image.
—Dither only: Dithered 1-bit image in black-and-white.
—Special: One of these chosen at random.
-Dithering options
—Sharpen: Preserves some of the depth in the image (my avatar does not use sharpening.)
—Contrast: Minor tweaks to the image contrast (my avatar does use the contrast.)
-Additional Options (only available with certain styles/photos)
–Speech/Emotes (for Self and Redressed photos)
—Specify an emote or speech for your penguin. You may ask for a pin as your emote. The oldest pin I have is the mining lamp. (I am missing a couple)
–Redressed
—Specify an outfit for the penguin here.
