This happened to me and i was still paying.

I suggest you to call CP becuase they wont get your email in time

maybe your paypal/credit-card/whatether has been canceled or has run out of money.

Maybe or its a bug. This happened to me and i was still paying so i think he was still paying but he got that bug.
