Lights Out
Chapter One
It was about 2 a.m., I had just gotten off work (or my dead end job as i like to say). Then I got an extremely disturbing phone call, the call that changed my life forever, whether for better or worse I couldn't decide
"hello?" I answered, then a man started speaking on the other line " Hello I am tred". Reluctantly I answered " do I know you? Then he said without hesitation " No i think not, meet me at the McKell warehouse in half an hour".... Then the line clicked.
By now i was thoroughly freaked out, some guy named "Tred" wanted to meet me in an abandoned warehouse. After about two minutes of useful pacing, I did the stupidest thing ever. I went to the warehouse...
As I came up to the warehouse door i heard an extremely loud crashing noise emanating from inside. Then common sense came knocking at my door and told me to get the hell outta there, but it was already too late. The huge warehouse door swung open almost hitting my face, and a monster of a guy was standing in the entrance. The thing that scared me the most about the guy was the fact he was holding a gun and the strange light beind him that made him look as if he were glowing. Either way i was breathless with terror, and i was hoping that the guy didnt snap me like a twig. Then after what seemed like ages the guy said come in...
As i walked into the warehouse I was immediately blindfolded and my hands were tied behind my back. When my blindfold was finally stripped from my face I found i was in a small room, the funny thing was I didn't ever remember moving. The room was very dim, with a single bulb hanging off the middle of the ceiling giving off an iridescent glow. I found myself sitting on a old rolling chair behind what seemed like a metal table (it was too dark to tell). Then a tall muscular man wearing a silk suit and sunglasses walked into the room, making it feel even smaller. Then he said "Hello Christopher", and I'm thinking how in the world does he know my name?! Then he started talking again "Christopher, I need your help, and if you don't help me I will kill you and all the ones you love". I couldn't beleive what i was hearing! How did this happen? What would i do?...
