Nobody in Mammoth?

Because there are sooo many other servers. Why not spread out and try some new places?

cp must have just added the new servers, and probably replaced it with one. That's probably why I couldn't get on Frozen

I went to the dock and there were only 10 penguins, the town only had 3! Where are the new servers, or did they just replace/update the old ones?:confused:

I don't think you should worry about this much, maybe during this time of day there aren't as many penguins that go on Mammoth. Most forumers go on Frozen now, so try that.
